chocolate anyone?
I'm looking for an endulgent, knock your socks of cake for Mother's Day. My husband is in charge of dessert for our family get together and wants suggestions for a really yummy recipe. We'd love ideas, especially since this will be my Mother's day treat as well as the whole family!

A couple years ago I made a really awesome old-fashioned chocolate layer cake for Carlos' birthday. It takes some effort, but it is sooo good! We found the recipe from americastestkitchen.com. They only have the current season's recipes available for free online, but I could email you the recipe (it's too long to leave as a comment). I haven't tried this recipe for
chocolate mousse cake, but it looks divine.
Jenny, I emailed you our favorite chocolate cake recipe. But I HAVE tried the chocolate mousse cake that Stephanie suggested. Though, just the mousse part. Not the cake.
I'd make the mousse and put it on my mom's cake.... =)
